Charity tech, sorted.

From a donor system in two weeks to the problem nobody's managed to fix. I build the systems, set up the AI and make it all work for your team.

Where do you want to start?

A donor system, ready in two weeks.

Supporters, gifts, regular giving, appeals and tax receipts in Zoho, set up in your branding with your data moved in. Fixed price from NZ$3,500.

See packages and prices

Bigger builds for bigger charities.

Several teams, service records next to fundraising, an old system to move off, finance and donation platforms to connect. Scoped and quoted per job.

See the kinds of work

A tech problem that won't go away.

Data spread across five places, or a report that eats someone's Friday. Tell me what's stuck and I'll come back with a fixed quote.

Tell me the problem See how tech fixes work

AI that does the work, not a workshop about it.

I set up AI inside the systems your team already uses. It sorts the inbox, drafts thank-you letters, pulls case notes together for funder reports and tidies supporter data. Your people check it and send it.

How charity AI works

Software at half price.

Zoho for Nonprofits gives registered charities credits that cover up to half of each licence payment for five years, in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, the US and Canada. I set that up as part of every build.

Is Zoho CRM right for a small charity?

A free AI policy for your charity, in your branding.

If your team uses ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude, you need one. Add your logo and colours, pick the tools you allow, and download it as a PDF and a Word file. Written for New Zealand charities and the Privacy Act 2020.

Questions charities ask

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. The account is in your charity's name and I hand over full admin at the end.

What does the software cost?

You pay Zoho directly, and nonprofit credits cover up to half. I'll show you the cost for your team size before you commit.

Can you work with what we already have?

Usually, yes. I can connect it, move you off it, or fix it where it is.

Do you only work with Zoho?

Most donor systems I build use Zoho because it's affordable for charities and does the job well. For bigger builds and fixes I work with whatever you've got.

Is AI safe with our donor data?

I only use AI tools with business privacy terms that don't train on your data, and a person in your team approves anything that goes out.

What happens after handover?

You get training clips and a printed guide. A monthly care plan covers changes and fixes if you want one.

Where are you based?

Christchurch, New Zealand. I work with charities anywhere over video calls.
